How I can Help

My specialties are in working with LGBTQIA+ of all ages. Some of the more common issues where I can help are:

Student Group Discussion

LGBTQIA+ individuals face higher risks of mental health issues—including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse—driven by discrimination, family rejection, bullying, and societal stigma rather than their identity itself. Transgender youth and adults report particularly high rates of distress, with nearly half of transgender youth considering suicide.

Self Trust

Finding self-trust is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. It involves recognizing your own worth and capabilities, and embracing your unique qualities. By nurturing a positive mindset and practicing self-compassion, you can gradually build confidence in your decisions and abilities.

Behavioral Disorders

Identifying behavioral disorders involves recognizing disruptive patterns in daily life or relationships, such as impulsivity or aggression. Learning to control these behaviors is vital and may require mindfulness professional guidance. Addressing these challenges can enhance regulation and lead to a more balanced life.
